Steps

Finely shred the cabbage and chop the onion.

In a bowl, mix yogurt, black pepper, coriander powder, and salt.

Add cabbage and onion to the yogurt mixture and mix well.

Heat oil in a small pan. Add cumin seeds, sliced green chili, and curry leaves. Sauté until fragrant.

Pour the hot tadka over the raita and mix gently.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired. Chill before serving.
Tips
Adjust the amount of green chili according to your spice preference.
