Stewed fish and Steamed Cabbage

Steps

Fry the diced onions in 2 tbsp of oil.

Add the chopped tomatoes and stir well.

Stir till soft then add water according to the amount of soup you want.

Put in the fish and add salt.

Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat.

Wash the cabbage before you chop it. Then cut into small pieces.

Put it in a steamer and steam for a few minutes. Then serve hot.

Cabbage is best eaten crunchy.
