  • 1.5 sheetNori seaweed
  • Dashimaki Tamago (rolled omelet)
  • Cooked Shiitake mushrooms
  • Sashimi (fresh fish)
  • Minced Maguro tuna
  • Cucumber
  • Aburaage for Inari
  • Prosciutto
  • Ikura (salty salmon egg)
  • Carrot

    Ingredients: today I bought many colorful ingredients. Carrot: Cut one carrot into very thin slices, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and a little salt, mix and leave for a while.

    Roll all from the bottom of the rice like theses photos.

    Once you've finished wrapping, press down from above to tighten.
