Cooked rice(cold)
3bell peppers (green,yellow &red)
1carrot
1big onion
Vegetables oil
1 tbspsalt
Soy sauce

Wash and cut the onion and the bell peppers into small cubes.

ASauté the onion and bell peppers for 3 minutes.Add salt to taste

Add the cold rice in to the vegetables and stir.

Add soy sauce as desired and keep on stirring.

Let it cook for 3 minutes under low heat

Serve and enjoy
