Buffalo chicken bacon mac & cheese

Cook bacon in oven. Chop into pieces.

Add olive oil to Dutch oven. Cook chicken. Once done, set aside.

Add more olive oil. Cook bell peppers and onions until done.

Add chicken back in with 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tbsp chicken bullion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir.

Add 1 2/3 cup cottage cheese, 3 tbsp cream cheese, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, 2/3 cup milk, 3/4 tbsp honey, salt, and pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add buffalo sauce and bacon to chicken and veggies. Stir. Put in Pyrex container and freeze.

Once ready to eat, pull to thaw. Cook 2 cups pasta while heating up rest in Dutch oven. Combine.
