Simple yet delicious sabzi made with simple ingredients.
Steps

Chop veegies and paneer and keep aside.

In a kadai add oil and add onion and saute for few seconds on high flame. Then add chopped capsicum and mix well.

Then add chopped tomatoes and mix for few seconds.

Add all spices and mix well and cook for 1 min.

Add the paneer cubes and salt to taste and mix well and cover and cook on low flame for 10 mins.

It will start leaving the oil, means it's done.

Yummy sabzi is ready to serve. If you don't have paneer masala, you can skip and use basic coriander and garam masala powder. Enjoy with chapati or paratha.
