First take potato, carrot, chilli wash and chopped in pieces.Take big vessel put on Gas add oil let it hot then add cumin seeds and asafoetida crackle.

Now put in Tadka vessel potato, carrot,,green peas and chilli pieces sauté then add water and salt boiled then add rice flour stirring by Rolling Pin till absorbed water and thick consistency.

For proper cook khichu cover for 5 minutes in law flame.Yummy and delicious Rice flour khichu is ready to serve pickle sambhar, coriander leaves and Oil hotly.
