Ingredients

  • 200 g(cut into bite-sized pieces) Salmon fillet
  • 1Egg
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspCorn flour
  • enough for shallow frying Oil (for frying)

Steps

20 minutes

    Beat the egg in a bowl, add salt and corn flour, and mix well.

  2. 2

    Dip each piece of salmon into the egg mixture, coating evenly.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. 4

    Fry the coated salmon pieces until golden and cooked through, turning as needed.

  5. 5

    Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Tips

Using egg and corn flour for the coating makes the salmon extra crispy and flavorful.
