  • 1 packInstant noodles
  • 50 gBok choy or similar leafy greens
  • 30 gEnoki mushrooms
  • 400 mlWater
  • 1 packetInstant noodle soup base

Steps

20 minutes

    Boil water in a pot.

  2. 2

    Add instant noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add bok choy and enoki mushrooms, cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir in the soup base, mix well, and serve hot.

Tips

Feel free to add extra toppings like boiled eggs or chili flakes for more flavor.
