  1. 1 packInstant noodles
  2. 50 gBok choy or similar leafy greens
  3. 30 gEnoki mushrooms
  4. 400 mlWater
  5. 1 packetInstant noodle soup base

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil water in a pot.

  2. 2

    Add instant noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add bok choy and enoki mushrooms, cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir in the soup base, mix well, and serve hot.

Tips

Feel free to add extra toppings like boiled eggs or chili flakes for more flavor.
