Just a fast and simple dish im sure everyone will enjoy if they like ginger and garlic.
Steps

In a large wok or skillet add oil. Heat over medium high heat. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute. Add soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir til sugar is melted.

Add in the broth. Give a good stir to combine. Then add the chicken and cooked veggies. Cook til chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened some.

Turn off the heat and serve immediately and enjoy.
Tips
I love serving this over steamed rice or fried rice or lomein noodles.
