Heat a kadhai, add mustard oil, then add cumin seeds, bay leaf, green chilli,red chilli, hing and cook until start creckle, Then add chopped onions and saute until translucent. Add all above the spices and cook for 5 mins.

Add green chilli garlic ginger paste and saute for 2 mins, then add 1/4 cup of water, green peas and salt and mix it and cover the lid.

On the low to medium flame and cook until well cooked and soft green peas. Then add garam masala and cook for another 1 to 2 min on low flame. Then turn off the flame.

Hare matar ki ghugni is ready. Ready to serve with simple paratha or ghee roti, or sattu paratha or in evening fry chura with matar ghugni. Enjoy 😊
