  • 30 ml(optional) Milk
  • 1 gSalt
  • 10 gButter

    Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk and salt, then whisk well.

    Heat butter in a pan over medium-low heat.

    Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir until softly set.

    Serve warm.

Tips

For fluffier eggs, whisk them well and cook on low heat.
