Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 2 cupsfrozen spinach (about 250 grams)
  2. 1yellow onion, finely chopped
  3. 2medium potatoes, cut into small pieces
  4. 2eggs, beaten with a little milk
  5. 1.5 ozcheese of your choice (about 40 grams; I used a hard cheese like kefalograviera or substitute with Parmesan or sharp cheddar)
  6. 2 tablespoonsolive oil (about 30 grams)
  7. 2.5 ozflour (about 70 grams; I used chickpea flour, but all-purpose flour works)
  8. Salt, pepper, cumin, and herbs of your choice
  9. For the topping
  10. 3 tablespoonsrolled oats, or enough to cover the pan
  11. 3 tablespoonswhole evaporated milk
  12. A fewdrops of olive oil
  13. Required equipment
  14. Air fryer
  15. 1round silicone baking pan, 8 inches in diameter (20 cm), lightly greased

    Sauté the vegetables in olive oil with the seasonings until softened, then remove from heat.

  2. 2

    Grate or finely chop the cheese and add it to the egg mixture.

  3. 3

    Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Meanwhile, mix the sautéed vegetables with the flour on the still-warm burner until the liquid is absorbed.

  5. 5

    Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan, then add the filling on top. Add the remaining egg mixture and stir gently.

  6. 6

    Spread the oats on top and drizzle with the evaporated milk and olive oil.

  7. 7

    Place in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 20 minutes. Then increase to 355°F (180°C) for another 10 minutes, until set and golden brown.

    Let the pan cool before removing. Enjoy!

Προέρχεται από το γαλλικό ρήμα "sauter" και η γραμματικά σωστή μεταφορά της λέξης αυτής στην ελληνική γλώσσα είναι με ωμέγα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
