Heat 2 cups of water in a pan, add sugar and keep stirring till the sugar is dissolved.

Now add the agar agar powder and stir for 5 minutes till the agar agar powder is dissolved.

Now remove from the stove and divide the mixture into 4 equal portions in 4 bowls.

Now add 1 drop of food colour in each bowl (red, yellow, blue, green), mix well and refrigerate the bowls for 1 hour to set.

After an hour unmould the set jellos and cut them into small pieces. Colourful jellos are ready.

To prepare the pudding, add milk, cream and sugar in a pan and mix well.

Now add thandai masala powder and mix well.

Now add the agar agar powder and mix well.

Remove from the stove and let it cool a bit.

Now take moulds and fill 1/4 th of each mould with the prepared colourful jellos.

Now pour the prepared pudding mixture over the jellos and refrigerate for 1 hour for it to set.

Once set demould the colour Jello thandai pudding on a plate, garnish with colourful sugar balls, drizzle with colourful syrup and serve chill.
