In a bowl add the chicken with all the spices, ketchup, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste.

Mix well to coat the chicken. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes in fridge.

Add corn flour/starch and mix well to coat.

Thread the chicken on to skewers.

Press into bread crumbs, if using, and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok and fry the chicken till golden brown and crispy.

Remove to kitchen paper.

Serve on a bed of lettuce with cucumber slices and lemon wedges.
