1onion
2tomatoes
2 tbspoil

10 minutes

Break the eggs in a bowl, do not mix or stir
2

Put 2 tbsp oil in a pan

Add the diced onions and fry till golden brown
4

Add tomatoes and stir till soft
5

Add the eggs and mix. Then leave to cook for one minute and continue mixing.

Cook for 4 minutes and serve hot.
