Korean Beef
Quick and yummy Korean-inspired beef mince. Best served over rice with some broccoli.

Heat up the seame oil in a pan on medium heat. Then add the beef (or turkey) mince and cook until it is no longer pink.

While the meat is cooking, cook your rice according to package directions (about 70g per person).

Drain the fat from the meat.

Turn the heat to medium-low and add the minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, chili flakes, and salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

While meat is simmering, steam the broccoli.

Finally, just plate it up! Put rice in your bowl first, and top with Korean beef, broccoli, chopped spring onion and sesame seeds (optional).
