Garlic Bread Rolls
Recipe adapted from Instagram with a few changes.
Steps

For the dough: In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let the yeast activate.

Melt the butter, making sure it is just warm and not hot.

Add all the remaining dough ingredients and knead until you have a soft dough. Let it rise until doubled in size.

For the butter mixture: Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon until the butter softens and blends with the other ingredients. Let the butter sit at room temperature to soften.

Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle. Spread the butter mixture over the dough, reserving 1 tablespoon for later.

After spreading the butter mixture evenly, sprinkle the cheeses over the top.

Cut the dough into 8 strips, roll each strip up, and gently press them down with your hand.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F (180°C) on the lower rack until golden brown.

When you take them out of the oven, brush the reserved butter mixture on top to give them a nice shine.
