  1. 11/2 cupsFlour
  2. 1 1/2 tspBaking powder
  3. 1/4 tspSoda bi carb
  4. 6 tbspButter
  5. 1 1/4 cupsSugar
  6. 2Eggs
  7. 1/2 cupPistachio milk/Regular milk
  8. 4 tbspGround pistachios
  9. 1/2 cupStrawberries

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 180 C.

    Sift together flour, baking powder and soda bi carb.

    Beat butter and sugar until creamy.

    Add in eggs, one by one, beating well after each addition.

    Add in flour alternating with milk.

    Stir in pistachio powder.

    Cut berries into two parts.

    Fold berries in batter.

    Pour batter in baking pan.

    Bake for 50 minutes or till done.
