  2. 1 cupfresh curd
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1onion(finely chopped)
  5. 1 tbspCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  8. 1whole red chilli
  9. 1Green chilli (finely chopped)
  10. 7-8Curry leaves

    Mix rice and curd.Leave it overnight.

    Next morning.Heat oil in a tadka pan,add mustard seeds,red chilli, green chilli,curry leaves and red chilli powder.Pour this oil.Mix it well.Add.salt, onion, coriander leaves and mix.

    Your flavour pakhala bhat is ready to serve.Enjoy !
