Ingredients

15 minutes
4 people.
  • 2 cupsMakhana (fox nut)
  • 1/2 cuppeanuts
  • 1/2 cup cashewnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 cup roasted Chana (roasted chik peas)
  • 1/4 tspSpices - each of chaatmasala, cumin powder. Black salt as per taste and pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tsp ghee or butter

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    On a medium flame, heat a pan. Add one tsp of ghee. Roast almonds for a minute. Add cashews and roast for a minute. Add peanuts and roast for a minute. Add roasted Chana and roast. Put off the gas. Take out all ingredients in a bowl.

    In same pan add one tsp of ghee and roast makhana till crisp.

  3. 3

    Mix all nuts, makhana, roasted Chana. Add salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, freshly crushed black pepper powder. Toss well.

  4. 4

    When the mixture cools, store in a dry, airtight jar.

  5. 5

    This healthy snack can be used as midday or party snack. This is best munchig for cricket watching time or movie time.
