On a medium flame, heat a pan. Add one tsp of ghee. Roast almonds for a minute. Add cashews and roast for a minute. Add peanuts and roast for a minute. Add roasted Chana and roast. Put off the gas. Take out all ingredients in a bowl.

In same pan add one tsp of ghee and roast makhana till crisp.

Mix all nuts, makhana, roasted Chana. Add salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, freshly crushed black pepper powder. Toss well.

When the mixture cools, store in a dry, airtight jar.

This healthy snack can be used as midday or party snack. This is best munchig for cricket watching time or movie time.
