Wash and thoroughly dry the mangoes with a cloth. Chop them into 1-inch cubes, discarding the stone. Combine mango pieces with turmeric and salt, then spread on a clean cloth to dry for 3-4 hours to remove moisture.

Smoke the oil add hing in it

Combine all masalas together and mix by adding oil in it

Put the pickle in container close the lid keep aside for 7 days
