Crispy Karela

Peel and wash karela.

Cutin long oval slices.add salt and turmeric powder mix leave them for 20-25 mnts.

After 20 mnts squeeze out water from karela keep aside.

Take plate add chickpea flour, coriander powder, turmeric powder,chat masala,dry mango powder,cumin powder pepper powder, garam masala powder,salt everything for coating masala mix.

Now coat the karela slices with this masala.

Heat 2 tsp oil in pan spread the coated karela slices and cook them both side on medium heat till crisp
- 7
Remove from fire and serve with Roti or Dal chawal.
