1capsicum chopped
1onion chopped
1carrot chopped
Salt to taste
1 tspjeera masala
1 tspchat masala

1 tspchilli flakes
1 tbspoil
1 tsprai

Take a bowl add dahi and all seasoning mix well

Add quinoa chia seeds and all vegetables mix gently

Prepare tadka heat oil add rai and curry leaves.Add roasted peanuts.
