Simple Zenzai(Red bean soup) with Anko (Sweet Bean Paste) ♡

This is a simple zenzai recipe using anko that takes only 1 minute to make!
Not too sweet, not too bland, just the right amount of sweetness!
We recreated the chewy, gooey texture of freshly made mochi using sliced mochi ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

Start toasting the mochi in a toaster oven. (It's recommended to let it puff up to the size shown in the picture.)

When there are 1-2 minutes left to toast, put the anko and hot water in a bowl and mix.

Add the mochi from ❶ and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute.

It will be very gooey, so wait until it reaches the right temperature and softness, then it's done!
Tips
Try adjusting the baking time, and the amount of anko(red bean paste) and hot water to your liking!
