Place the Greek yogurt in a blender along with the banana, a quarter cup of peanut butter, three cardamom pods, and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Then we put the mixture in a bowl

We prepare the caramelized onions

Cut the onions into small pieces and place them in an oven tray or pan on the stove with butter until they turn golden brown.

Add a quarter cup of peanut butter to the sautéed onions while they're cooking and stir until melted. Add the ginger and cinnamon and stir again. Then, add this mixture to the yogurt as a topping.

We put it in the refrigerator, serve it cold, and enjoy!
