Local Noodles with Dry Fish

Heat up water in a medium pot add curry powder and 1 noodles spice, once it start boiling add noodles after 3 mins add titus fish.

Wash dry fish with hot water and salt and set aside

Add in tomatoes, pepper, onions, remaining noodles spice and green bell pepper, stir; add the dry fish and cover pot; once the water is dried up serve while its still hot.
