Ingredients

Roughly 3 minutes per pancake
8 servings
  • 1 1/2 cupsflour
  • 3 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 1/4 cupmilk
  • 3 tbspmelted butter
  • 1large egg

Steps

Roughly 3 minutes per pancake
  1. 1

    Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Make a well in the center with a spoon. Pour in the milk, melted butter, and egg in a whisk until smooth.

  3. 3

    Cook on low heat.

Tips

For blueberry pancakes, add in a 3/4 cup of blueberries.
