Steps

Mix wheat flour, eggs, chopped onion, milk, chopped chilli pepper, salt and condiments in a bowl.

Gradually add water to the mixture to form a smooth batter.

Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, cook until it turns golden brown on both sides.

Now, mix mashed potatoes, carrots, salt and condiments in a bowl and make small cutlets.

Heat ½ tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry patties until they become golden brown and crispy on both sides. You can use egg or any binding ingredient for coating the patties.

Serve egg parathas hot with potato cutlets.
