Wash chicken, marinate with turmeric powder, pepper, 1tbs cumin powder, curd, salt, and keep for 30 min

Cut onion into small pieces and slit chillies

Prepare tomato puree,

Soak cashewnut in milk, and grind as fine paste

Keep a pan, add oil and ghee, add onion, fry until onion change colour

Now add marinated chicken, fry 10 min in high flame

Reduce flame add tomato puree, coriander powder, remaining cumin powder, and mix well and cook for 10min,

Add milk cashew paste, add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook in low flame, for 5 min

Add Kasuri Methi, and serve hot with rice, roti etc.,
