Ingredients

  • 100 gMuesli
  • 12 piecesCashews (soaked, chopped)
  • 12 piecesAlmonds (soaked)
  • 6 piecesDates (soaked, pitted)
  • 6 piecesApricots (soaked)
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 2 tbspMilk
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 1/2 tbspDesi ghee

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind the muesli into a coarse powder using a mixer.

    Heat desi ghee in a pan, add muesli powder, and stir on low-medium heat for 2 minutes until slightly reddish.

    Add chopped cashews and almonds, stir for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

    Blend dates, apricots, and milk into a fine paste.

  5. 5

    Mix the fruit paste into the muesli mixture.

  6. 6

    Add honey and cardamom powder, mix well with your hands.

  7. 7

    Shape the mixture as desired. Enjoy your super healthy Muesli Delight!

Tips

For added flavor, you can experiment with different nuts or dried fruits based on your preference.
