Soft and healthy homemade thepla made with wheat flour and millet flour.
My mom’s favorite comfort food, perfect for a light meal, travel, or tea-time with authentic homemade flavors.
Steps

In a bowl, add wheat flour, millet flour, turmeric powder, salt, and asafoetida. Mix well.

Add curd and oil. Mix everything together
- 3
Slowly add water and knead into a soft dough
- 4
Make small balls from the dough and roll them into thin theplas.
- 5
Heat a tawa/pan and cook the thepla on both sides. Apply ghee both sides until golden spots appear.
- 6
Serve hot with pickle, curd, or tea. 😋
Tips
Add curd to make the thepla soft and tasty
