Mango Mint Pulao

Every summer when the mango season is upon us, my mom made this mango mint pulao very often in lunch. It's my mother's recipe which is even liked by my daughter.

In a mixer grinder add ginger, garlic, green chilli, raw mango, mint leaves and coriander leaves

Grind it well. Wash and siak rice for minimum of 15 min.

In a pressure cooker heat oil. Add bay leaf, cumin, cardamom, cloves, pepper and let it crackle..

Add sliced onions and saute for a minute.

Add potatoes and mix well.

Add green chutney prepared to the mix. Add raw soaked rice. Cook for q minute.

Add salt to taste. Add water and lemon juice.

Pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Cool down. Finally, garnish with fried peanuts and more chopped cilantro
Serve immediately.And serve.
