First of all, sieve the gram flour, mix salt, sugar and lemon blossom in 1 cup of water in a bowl and stir until it dissolves

Now add gram flour to it and mix well and on the other side put a plate in the steamer and let the water heat up, now add baking soda to it and stir on one side and when the khira swells, immediately add it

Cover and keep the khira on the gas for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, take it out and let it cool a little. Let it cool

Then cut it into pieces and make a paste. In a pan, put 4 spoons of oil, add mustard seeds, fry it until it becomes smooth, add chillies, add 1 bowl of water and add 3 spoons of sugar

When the sugar melts, pour the paste on the rice and add chillies, sesame seeds and coriander seeds on it and serve.
