Steps

Mix wheat flour, gram flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 tbsp oil. Add water and knead into a soft dough.

Let the dough rest while you prepare the masala.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and ajwain. Sauté until aromatic.

Add onion and garlic paste. Cook until golden.

Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.

Add chopped cluster beans and enough water. Bring to a boil.

Roll dough into small discs (tikki) and add to boiling curry.

Cover and cook (pressure cook for 2 whistles) until the beans and dough are cooked through.

Open, add mint powder, garam masala, and amchur powder if desired. Mix well and serve hot.
Tips
Adjust the spice levels according to your taste. You can also add a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor.
