This delicious and comforting Aloo Poha can be prepared very easily with simple ingredients available at home. It is an ideal breakfast or evening snack.
Steps

Wash the poha thoroughly 3–4 times, changing the water each time. Drain well in a strainer and set aside.

Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the peanuts and cashew nuts until golden. Remove and keep aside.

In the same oil, add the chopped green chilies and sliced onions. Sauté for 1–2 minutes.

Add the diced potatoes and a little salt. Fry for a few minutes.Cover and cook until the potatoes become soft.

Add the turmeric powder and mix well.

Add the drained poha and stir gently to combine.
Add more salt if needed, along with the sugar, fried peanuts, and cashew nuts. - 8
Mix everything well, cover for 1–2 minutes, and cook on low heat.
Serve hot and enjoy.
Tips
Do not soak the flattened rice in water for long time,otherwise it will become soggy.
