Take a mixing bowl add oats powder, semolina, salt, curd, beetroot puree, add little water and mix it properly and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now add eno salt with little water, mix it lightly, chilla batter is ready. Now heat nonstick tawa, drizzle little oil. Here I took tawa with cavities. So I can make mini chilla, on equal size, pour a ladder of batter, and spread it evenly, cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes or till fry up on upper side. Chilla is ready.

First cuts all veggies, then finely chopped in chopper.

Now take grated paneer, chopped veggies, salt, chilli flakes, oregano, mix it lightly. Veggie mixture is ready.

Now spread veggie mixture on prepared chilla, chilla is ready to serve.

Healthy Oats Beetroot Mini Chilla is ready to serve with chutney or sauce.
