  • 250 gmSteam corn 🌽
  • 4 table spoonMaida
  • 1 table spoongarlic ginger paste
  • 1 table spoonschezwan chutney
  • 2 table spoonchopped coriander
  • 1/2 cubecheese
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 table spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 5 table spoonmilk
  • 1 table spoonchat masala
  • per tastesalt
  • 4/5 table spoonoil

  1. 1

    To make corn fritters, first boil the corn and separate it. in a bowl, add chopped onion and corn, all the spices, add flour, add milk little by little, mix everything well with a mixer, put oil in a pan, add the mixture, add a little oil and fry well on low heat. serve hot for breakfast or dinner.
