Prepare the coffee base: In a small bowl combine the coffee powder, sugar, and warm water, and mix until dissolved.

Blend in batches (Important): Since 6 glasses of milk plus ice is a large volume, do not try to fit it all in one blender jug. Divide the ingredients into two batches.

For the first batch, add half of the chilled milk, half of your coffee-sugar mixture, and half of the ice cubes into the blender. Blend on high speed for about 1 to 2 minutes until it becomes completely frothy and creamy.

Decorate the glasses: While the blender is running, drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside walls of your 6 serving glasses for that classic cafe look.

Pour and repeat: Pour the blended coffee into the first 3 glasses, making sure to scoop out the thick froth from the top. Repeat the blending process for the remaining ingredients to fill the next 3 glasses.
Tips
Pro Tip: To make it extra rich and thick like a coffee shop, you can blend in 2-3 scoops of vanilla or chocolate ice cream, or use full-cream milk!
