First, wash and peel the lotus stem and cut off the edges. Then, cut it into thin round slices.Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into square pieces.

Make a paste of ginger, garlic and onion

Heat oil in a pan, add onion paste and fry. Then, mix in all the powdered spices and fry.

Now add chopped vegetables to it, mix it and add 1/4 cup water, cover it and cook till it melts. Once cooked, turn off the gas and add chopped green coriander.

Lotus cucumber vegetable is ready.
