I want to prepare thali for lunch and came up with this combination! #CA26
Steps

Pour hot water in bajra flour mix it and cover with lid. Wait for 5 mins. Add oil, salt and ajwain. Mash them well to make smooth dough.

Give flat shapes to make roti. Cook on tawa on low to medium flame. Turn upside down.

Bring down roti from tawa and bake on direct flame. Well spread ghee on both sides.

Pour oil in the pot, add onion pieces. Add ginger, garlic, dry red chili and stir. Add tomato, salt and cover with lid.

Cook till the mixture gets soft. Bring down the pot from flame. Wait for it to be on normal temperature. Make fine paste in mixer grinder.

Add tadka of hing, mustard seeds and curry leaves combination in the prepared chutney. Ready to serve.
Tips
Dough of bajra flour should be fine smooth to avoid cracking.
