Steps

Wash beetroot and carrot. Peel off both, cut in pieces. Take a glass bottle / jar, add beetroot and carrot pieces.

Pound mustard seeds in a mortar and pestle. Collect all spices in a plate. Mix well.

Add in bottle / jar. Pour water in it. Give a nice stir. Close the lid.

Keep aside to fermentation at least for 3 days. Turns drink into tangy flavor probiotic drink for gut health.

Keep in fridge, and enjoy chilled..
