Ingredients

18 minutes my preference
1 serving
  • 1/2 pieceAvocado
  • 1 pieceBoiled egg
  • 2 slicesWhite bread (or any bread)
  • 1 tbspMargarine
  • 1/2 tspBlack sesame seeds
  • 1 pinchChili flakes

Steps

18 minutes my preference
  1. 1

    Spread margarine on one side of each bread slice.

    Mash avocado and boiled egg together in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Spread the mashed mixture evenly on one bread slice.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle black sesame seeds and chili flakes over the filling.

  5. 5

    Top with the other bread slice, margarine side in.

  6. 6

    Press gently and cut in half if desired.

Tips

For extra flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice or seasoning with salt and pepper.
