Steps

Clean and make gashes in sardine and drain out the excess water

In a bowl mix together ingredients from 2 to 9,by adding required salt.

Add this paste to the fish and rub it into it, let it sit for sometime

Heat a pan add oil for frying,once hot add the fish pieces and bring down the flame.

Cover using a lid and fry in low flame for 5 minutes

Turn the fish to other side and repeat the 5 step.
