Omena(small fish)
It is a delicious food rich in iron and easy to cook
Steps

Remove any unwanted particles from omena

Wash in luke warm water

Boil for 30minutes,

Drain all the water from boiled omena

Cut onions into small sizes then fry until golden brown

Add garlic and fry slightly,add tomatoes boli omena and coriander

Cook for 2minutes

Add milk or water,

Boil for five minutes
- 10
Serve with ugali
