Soak the Urad dal over night and grind it to paste batter.

Add the jeera, coriander leaves, green chili salt to that batter and make in the shape of vada. Heat the oil in pan and fry the vada till it turns to gloden brown.

Take the vada and soak them in water for half an hour to one hour. Then take them to a bowl and add curd
- 4
Add the red chili flakes, amchur powder, jeera powder, finely chopped onions and corinader leaves as garnish and serve.
