Sattu Paratha

Take all the needed ingredients.

Mix wheat flour, black sesame seeds, and 0.5 tsp,oil salt. Add water and knead for 7 minutes until smooth.

Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix sattu powder, chili powder, onion, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, 2–3 tbsp water for binding the mixing, coriander leaves, and 2 pinches salt.

Divide the dough into balls. Roll each ball into a small disc.

Place some filling in the center, gather the edges, seal, and gently roll out again.

Heat a tawa, add oil, and cook each paratha on both sides until golden and cooked through.

Serve hot with pickles.
Tips
Knead the dough for about 7 minutes for a smooth texture.
Adjust the spices as per our desired taste.
