Mash the boil potatoes firmly so that it does not trouble while rolling

To the mashes potatoes add green chilies, grated ginger, Salt, amchur, garam masala, red chili and cumin seeds

Mix it well and keep it side.

In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and require amount of water and knit the dough.

Rest the dough for 10 mintues

Make small portions of the dough and divide the potato mash stuffing also in equal parts.

Take one portion of dough, flatten in middle and roll to 2 To 3 inch diameter

Put one potato stuffing ball in the center and gather the edges and seal it properly.

Flatten the dough into a round circle very gently.

Heat the tawa and place the rolled paratha. Apply oil And flip the sides ensuring the paratha 's are baked well

Remove from the tawa and serve with curd or chutney. U can garnish the Paratha with butter cubes.
