In a bowl, mix ragi flour and curd until smooth and lump-free.

Add urad dal paste and semolina. Mix well, adding water to get idli batter consistency.

Grease the idli molds with oil.

Add all chopped vegetables, green chilli, coriander, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Just before steaming, add fruit salt to the batter and mix gently.

Pour the batter into the molds.

Steam for 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve hot with green chutney and enjoy your healthy veggie ragi idli.
Tips
For extra soft idlis, ensure the batter is well-mixed and allow it to rest for a few minutes before steaming.
