Ingredients

  • 4potatoes
  • 2onions
  • 1 packageyellow curry paste
  • 1 cancoconut milk
  • 1 cupwater
  • 8chicken fillets
  • 2 tbssalt
  • 4 tbspalm sugar
  • 4 tbstamarind juice
  • 2 tbsvegetable oil
  • 2 tbspeanut butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil and curry paste mix well until smell on low heat.

  2. 2

    Add everything in the pot and let it cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Test and add more salt, add sugar, tamarind juice or peanut butter to your taste.
